Dr. Wanda Fletcher
Instructor
Thank you for your interest in Equipping the Saints for Leadership Program (ETS). It will be such a blessing to have you with us and to have the opportunity to enhance the gift that you already are in the body of Christ. It is always an honor for me to serve as a tool to bring forth kingdom leaders and future leaders into alignment with the word of God. As a practicing believer we must model ourselves after our Lord Jesus, whom we know to be the greatest leader; and the greatest of all teachers. In James 3:1 there are two separate occasions in which James makes a clear distinction between teachers and non-teachers. James's initial statement is very concise; "Be not many of you teachers." We must carefully examine our thoughts to conclude proper reasoning to his statement "Be not many of you." Who is James referring to exactly? How many, is "not many"?
When referring to those in a ministry organization, church congregation, and the body of Christ there is a small percentage of those whom are set apart to become teachers or masters. There is an even smaller percentage of those teachers or masters who submit themselves to a leadership development program for the betterment of equipping and imparting into those under them.
Mission
Prayer Harvest Ministries Equipping the Saints (ETS) is designed for every individual set apart as leaders. Our mission is to teach, train, guide, admonish, encourage and to correct you wherever it is necessary during the learning process of Equipping the Saints. This course is designed to give you the best advantage in identifying with Christ and becoming the best leader that you can possibly become. If you submit yourself fully into the process and the first module of ETS you will be successful in leadership and a blessing to those whom you lead.
Goal/Objective:
The purpose of this leadership and development course is
- to equip you to serve the body of Christ under a leadership mantel.

A student or potential student must understand that credits taken in one type of program may or may not transfer to another type of program. This is the sole determination of the receiving institution.

PHM does not guarantee the transfer of credits to other schools (except other PHM schools). That is the responsibility of the receiving institution.
In the United States, accreditation of universities and seminaries is a voluntary process with accreditation granted by private, nongovernmental agencies. Governmental agencies never provide theological or ministry accreditation. Additionally, there is no absolute 'national' standard for educational accreditation since the educational world is currently reexamining criteria for accreditation, focusing less on institutional inputs and more on educational outcomes.

There is no such requirement as Federal or State accreditation of a religious institution, because the civil government has no authority to regulate religious teachings or which certificates or religious degrees upon completion of such education may be issued. This is a matter of separation of Church and State. Politicians and civil authorities must never be allowed to officially endorse or disapprove directly or indirectly the beliefs and practices of churches or their schools.
Please keep in mind that most Bible Colleges and Christian Universities do not have secular regional accreditation.
